چکیده
Freddy Lay’s book conveys a new approach towards mentoring service, which is Mentoring Companionship. It an accompaniment based on relational mutual trust, commitment, and humility to be able mentor responsible one another. Based his book, offers 4 models of Companionship, such as: man-to-man, Group Mentoring, Couples Mentoring. Moreover, according Lay, these are applicable six categories couples are: for fellow Former Pastors, God’s servants, workers professionals, church’s volunteers, family members, specific elderly by the younger member as mentors.
